Spend a Penny has quickly established itself as the most reliable, friendly and amenable provider of luxury toilets in south west England. A small company but all the better for it. The service is second to none, the quality outstanding and the value terrific, in my experience. On top of all this, Spend a Penny has the unique quality of fresh water flushing systems (rather than blue chemicals), and I don't know another supplier in the region who can offer this. Matt and Annie Powell are two of the best people I know and I cannot recommend their operation highly enough.
